5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are estimated and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Custom-built transmissions and special-order items are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before returning any item.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products as specified by the respective brand (Lenco Racing, Liberty Gears, Rossler Transmissions, etc.). ProShiftLab is an authorized dealer and facilitates warranty claims but does not provide independent warranties beyond the manufacturer's terms.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability
